Gizlilik Politikası (Türkçe)
Bu politika, iOS ve Android için sunulan MustSee: City Trip Planner uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi ve veri sorumlusu İsmail Kalkan'dır. İletişim: cellopek93@gmail.com.
1. Hesap gerektirmez
Uygulama kayıt veya giriş istemez. Ad, e-posta, telefon gibi kimlik bilgilerinizi geliştirici olarak toplamayız. Favoriler, plan ve quiz ilerlemesi gibi veriler cihazınızda saklanır.
2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir (geçiş reklamları ve ödüllü video). AdMob aşağıdaki verileri işleyebilir:
- Cihaz reklam tanımlayıcısı (iOS'ta IDFA — yalnızca Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni verirseniz; Android'de Reklam Kimliği),
- IP adresi ve buradan türetilen yaklaşık (kaba) konum,
- cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri (gösterim, tıklama, ödül tamamlama).
iOS'ta kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için ATT iznine başvurulur; izin vermezseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir. İzni istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Android'de Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık'taki kullanıcılara Google'ın onay formu (User Messaging Platform) gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onay verirseniz sunulur ve tercihinizi daha sonra değiştirebilirsiniz. Android'de ayrıca Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar üzerinden reklam kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilir veya reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilirsiniz. Google'ın veri işleme esasları: policies.google.com/privacy ve policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
3. Analitik ve çökme raporları (Firebase)
Uygulamayı geliştirmek için Google Firebase hizmetlerini kullanırız:
- Firebase Analytics: hangi ekranların ve özelliklerin kullanıldığı gibi kullanım olayları, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil, IP'den türetilen yaklaşık konum ve Firebase kurulum kimliği.
- Firebase Crashlytics: çökme ve hata raporları, çökme anındaki cihaz durumu (bellek, işletim sistemi sürümü), uygulama sürümü.
- Firebase Remote Config: uygulama ayarlarını uzaktan güncellemek için kurulum kimliğini kullanır.
Bu veriler kimliğinizi doğrudan tanımlamaz; Google tarafından kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir. Firebase veri saklama süreleri: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
4. Konum
Harita ve yakındaki yerler gibi özellikler için Uygulama cihaz konum izni isteyebilir. İzin vermezseniz bu özellikler konum olmadan çalışır. Reklam ve analitik sağlayıcıları, ayrıca IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konumu kullanabilir.
5. İçerik sunumu
Şehir, yer, fotoğraf ve sesli rehber (ses dosyası) verileri internet üzerinden içerik sunucularımızdan indirilir. Sunucular, hizmeti sağlamak ve güvenlik için IP adresi ve istek zamanı gibi teknik kayıtları kısa süreli tutabilir.
6. Etkinlikler (Ticketmaster)
Etkinlikler sekmesi, seçtiğiniz şehrin adını (ve varsa ülke kodunu) o şehirdeki etkinlikleri listelemek için Ticketmaster Discovery API'ye gönderir. Bu istek kimliğinizi veya cihaz tanımlayıcınızı içermez; Ticketmaster, isteği yapan cihazın IP adresini görebilir. Bir etkinliğe tıkladığınızda Ticketmaster'ın web sitesine yönlendirilirsiniz ve orada Ticketmaster'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir: ticketmaster.com/privacy.
7. Game Center
Quiz liderlik tablosu ve başarımlar için Apple Game Center kullanılabilir. Bu durumda Apple, Game Center oyuncu kimliğinizi kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler; geliştirici olarak bu kimliği saklamayız.
8. Satın almalar (MustSee Pro)
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı bir MustSee Pro üyeliği sunar (aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma). Ödemeler yalnızca Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz ve tarafımızca saklanmaz. Satın alma durumunuz (Pro aktif mi) cihazınızda ve ilgili mağaza hesabınızda tutulur; satın almayı geri yüklemek için mağaza bu durumu doğrular. Analitik amacıyla yalnızca anonim satın alma olayları (ör. "abonelik başlatıldı", ürün kimliği ve fiyat) Firebase Analytics'e iletilebilir; bu olaylar kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez. Abonelikleri App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.

10. Hukuki dayanak ve haklarınız
Veriler, KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında açık rıza (ATT/reklam kişiselleştirme) ve meşru menfaat (hizmetin sunulması, hata ayıklama, dolandırıcılık önleme) temelinde işlenir. Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyet hakkınız vardır. Talepleriniz için cellopek93@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler, Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
11. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellendiğinde yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve üstteki tarih değiştirilir.
Privacy Policy (English)
This policy explains what data the MustSee: City Trip Planner app for iOS and Android (the "App") processes, why, and what your rights are. The App is developed by İsmail Kalkan, who acts as the data controller. Contact: cellopek93@gmail.com.
1. No account required
The App does not ask you to register or sign in. We, as the developer, do not collect your name, email address, phone number or other identity data. Favourites, plans and quiz progress are stored on your device.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads through Google AdMob (interstitial and rewarded video ads). AdMob may process:
- the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS — only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; the Advertising ID on Android),
- your IP address and the approximate (coarse) location derived from it,
- device and app information and ad interactions (impressions, clicks, reward completions).
On iOS the App asks for ATT permission before showing personalised ads; if you decline, ads are shown without personalisation. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, users in the European Union and the United Kingdom are shown Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform); personalised ads are served only if you consent, and you can change your choice later. On Android you can also opt out of ad personalisation or reset your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads. Google's data practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
3. Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase)
To improve the App we use Google Firebase services:
- Firebase Analytics: usage events such as which screens and features are used, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP, and a Firebase installation ID.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash and error reports, device state at the time of the crash (memory, OS version) and app version.
- Firebase Remote Config: uses the installation ID to deliver remote app settings.
This data does not directly identify you and is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Firebase retention periods: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
4. Location
For features such as the map and nearby places the App may ask for device location permission. If you decline, those features work without your location. Advertising and analytics providers may additionally use the approximate location derived from your IP address.
5. Content delivery
City, place, photo and audio-guide (sound file) data are downloaded from our content servers over the internet. The servers may keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, request time) to provide the service and for security.
6. Events (Ticketmaster)
The Events tab sends the name of the city you selected (and its country code, where available) to the Ticketmaster Discovery API in order to list events in that city. This request contains no identity or device identifier; Ticketmaster can see the IP address of the requesting device. When you tap an event you are taken to Ticketmaster's website, where Ticketmaster's privacy policy applies: ticketmaster.com/privacy.
7. Game Center
Apple Game Center may be used for quiz leaderboards and achievements. In that case Apple processes your Game Center player ID under Apple's privacy policy; we do not store this ID.
8. Purchases (MustSee Pro)
The App offers an optional MustSee Pro membership (a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase). Payments are made exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play; your payment card details never reach us and are not stored by us. Your entitlement status (whether Pro is active) is kept on your device and in your store account, and the store verifies it when you restore purchases. For analytics we may send only anonymous purchase events (e.g. "subscription started", product ID and price) to Firebase Analytics; these events are not linked to your identity. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

10. Legal basis and your rights
Data is processed under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK on the basis of consent (ATT / ad personalisation) and legitimate interest (providing the service, debugging, fraud prevention). You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to cellopek93@gmail.com. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
11. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
